Tranquility of Rural Life

“Our life depends on the kind of thoughts we nurture. If our thoughts are peaceful, calm, meek, and kind, then that is what our life is like. If our attention is turned to the circumstances in which we live, we are drawn into a whirlpool of thoughts and can have neither peace nor tranquility.”
― Thaddeus of Vitovnica, Our Thoughts Determine Our Lives

    1. Thank you.

I should post more photos taken during my trips. I live surrounded by fields, plain ground, nothing special but our country has many beautiful places.

  1. That is a very deep truth, Cornell! What we focus on is reflected in our lives. We have the power to change our own wellbeing through our own thoughts. Love your choice of photo to go with it.

    1. Thank you. 🙂
Unfortunately, so often we focus on what we think it’s good for us and not on what is really good for us. We end up being tired, stressed, nervous, anxious and we forget to smile. It’s a tough struggle.
