All these photos were taken a few years ago, in Northern Romania when I visited and Orthodox Skete dedicated to Saint John the Forerunner.
I do like these landscapes because here, where we live, in the Southern Romania, we don’t have them. Here we have lots of plains.
I can see why you liked visiting northern Romania so much, the views, and your images, are spectacular! I also enjoyed the view inside of the church, and the door of the bell tower. I hope that you’re able to return and add to your portfolio of splendid landscape images soon!
I don’t know when I will go again, but I must tell you: I still have many photos from my previous trips to share with you.
Thank you.
I imagine that you miss these beautiful landscapes, Cornell. It is good to have your photos to take you back there.
Yes, I miss the landscapes, but I miss the people living there, too.
Thank you.
Gorgeous wintry captures, Cornell. I love the Tower Bell and Church, and all their photos of the old wood. Old wood structures fascinate me. 🙂
I have some photos of old wood structures but I hesitated to post them, Now I have a reason. Thanks.
